The fundamental objective of the productive process of the Eurocirce is quality and the safeguard of the environment.

Since 1992 we follow the directive of the Regione Lazio for the integrated fight for the application of the integrated production specification, which consists of rational and limited use of chemical fertilizers and phytochemicals. Particular attention is given to varietal choice,preceding cultivation varieties, absolutely NO OGM which have a major resistance to phytopathologies typical to the territor

In addition,on our members farms cultural rotation is used, a particular way of working the soil which guarantees the oxygenation and the regeneration, the solarization for the natural disinfection of the land. The microirrigation and fertigation that guarantee a lower consume of water and a lower use of fertilizers, the replacement of the use of pesticides with the use of biological preparations and the use of insects for the natural pollination.

Controls

Production controls are systematically carried out throughout the production cycle by the Agronomic Technical Service composed of a team of agronomists and agro-technicians to ensure the health of consumers and operators.

Traceability

The traceability of the food production chain are overseen by the regulation REF.Ca 178/2002 which is a registration system and a collection of data within a food company, aimed at the traceability of the foods or food products sold or delivered externally of the establishment.

Traceability must allow the identification of one or more lots of food on the market by the one who diffused the goods.

The whole production process is under automatic control according to the HACCP and all of our products respect the expectations of traceability and retraceability.

The attention of the Board of Directors towards the needs and expectations of our clients and consumers is maximal and it concretise on continually monitoring the needs an the development of the sector. Internal and external audits are regularly made ,also announced,to verify the compliance of the products, the equipment, of packaging, of the staff and the whole production process.
